Isekai Manga: Under Rated Isekai: DIGIMON
In Digimon, there are at first two worlds, the other world they are transported to is unique and distinct full of life and new things to explore. The main characters actually want to get home, so there is a driving plot. the premise is actually driving the plot. You've got a group instead of just a one person oriented plot. So you get to see how different people handle the stress. They are also paired up with natives to give a perspective of the world they are transported to.
Despite it being catered more towards children, this is a serious story. The group grows and find deeper meanings than just survival for why they are adventuring.
